He was also well informed of both the history of the neighborhood and the likely future including new zoning laws, developing projects for the future, and education. At the end of that short interaction, we understood that he was the top broker and we would like him to help us find our home. Over the course of the next six months, Michael guided us through the home purchasing process. As first-time home buyers, we were wary of pitfalls along the way and Michael was unbelievably helpful making himself available at all hours of the day and on very short notice. Michael took us on countless visits to properties in our desired location. He was bluntly honest and forthcoming about each property's positives and negatives. He was not interested in a quick sale, he was above all concerned with its value to us as a home and as an investment. We looked for nearly six months, which included a failed bid, but we finally found our dream home. Once we finally had an offer accepted, Michael was very accessible during the due diligence, inspection, law review, and closing. Michael checked in every step of the way, and he was a guiding light in what we learned is often a chaotic process.
